Very bright circular floating ball - collapsed like a two dimensional object and disappeared without trace
Driving on I-95 North this morning on my way to work. To the left around 1/4 Mile away I saw a bright, circular- star looking thing. However, it was much brighter and this morning was very sunny, so any stars could not be seen. It was very bright, almost annoyingly so, you couldn't miss it.
I thought it was maybe a silver balloon at first but it didn't move or change brightness in light. Its position in the sky also never changed, it seemed as if it was just a bright ball of light floating in the sky - It stayed like that as I drove towards it for around 2 minutes before flatting like a two dimensional object and disappearing completely- light and all.
I kept watching it to see if it might have been a balloon but there was no reflective material or any debris in the sky. Nothing was there at all that I could see.
I called my boyfriend right away telling him what I had seen - we both couldn't figure out what it was.
