Very beautiful disc shaped object appeared in the sky at 10 pm; this is the time when I noticed it first. The disc then changed to a beautiful neon blue color, in a split second. I expected it to dart towards the FEMA location, which is where all other anomalies usually dart to. This one lightly drifted south bound without a sound.
