Circle metallic craft, extraordinary speed, then disappeared
Circle craft accelerated through the sky at an extraordinarily speed, without sound. Metallic disc, then came to a complete stop, and hovered for over a minute, before disappearing completely. I saw this object by complete chance, happend to look up, and see it come to an abrupt stop. I was also able to get part of this filmed on my phone.
