You can see a movement, but very slight. Hovering with red & blue lights circling it.
Mostly spotted in the eastern sky. Directly over mountains, & over local big lakes. Seen most any clear night, especially when meteor showers are going on. Some hover lower than others, especially the ones over the lakes.
