I was outside in an open hallway, between two one story buildings, the ground lights illuminated from below street the underside of the single craft. I saw it completely when it passed into view from first building and crossed out of view from the second building. It was black, like the night sky above it. It was possibly 200 hundred feet above me. It was completely silent as it glided directly above my position, travelling probably 10-15 MPH. 25-35 feet long on each side. Equally spaced dim yellow lights on side it propelled itself from.
