In September of 2018, after obtaining fuel at the Duck-In, while driving slowly southward on Deleware Road toward Camp Parkway (Virginia Route 58 Business), my son and I saw a very shiny vertical cylindrical object hovering in the clear blue sky very near Franklin, Virginia. After sighting it for approximately twenty-seconds, it started cloaking itself from my right to my left in vertical increments, one vertical section at a time, until it was fully cloaked and no longer visible.
