Saw triangular object with green and red lines and it appeared twirling in the sky like a hologram.
At approximately 0500 hrs observed a triangular shape obect with green and red lines twirling in the sky like a hologram. Did call 311 and 911 oprator. Two NYPD police officers did show up. They saw the object using my binoculars. They were unable to explain nor did they know who to contact. Construction worker on the seen has seen it several times.
