on 9/15/18 at 2130 hrs-2210 hrs i witnessed a light in the western sky about 30 degrees above the horizon. This was stationary for 40 plus minutes. It had white, red and green lights. 20 minutes after seeing this object, appeared a red flashing light at 1 second intervals. This light left to the south and east direction. 20 seconds after the first red light, a second appeared and went in the same direction. After 40 seconds these lights left the area traveling south and east. These red lights moves across the sky faster than any commercial aircraft I have witnessed.
