Two bright orange lights that looked like stars, but much brighter. Easily visible facing east toward the horizon over the ocean. Just below the moon. They hung for a while,appearing stationary, became brighter, then quickly moved off in formation and disappears. Too fast and erratic of a flight path to be an airplane. Too distant/bright to be a recreational drone.
