Orange light stops and slowly moves as it encounters air traffic
At around 9pm my boyfriend and I were sitting on the shore of the lake facing Mount Konocti, enjoying my boyfriend's birthday evening. What I thought was the first star to appear that night seemed odd to me, my boyfriend suspected it was just Mars. It sat next to the mountain for about an hour before I notice it start to have a large blue-violet bubble-like glow then drift slowly over Kekseyville, Ca. I noticed it was moving only because there was a bright white light, that I also thought was a star and am now suspecting it's a government aircraft, that was far below but directly under it. It was still in the same spot while the orange object was much farther away. It kept moving until I saw a plane fly closly past it, then the plane proceeded towards Cobb Mountain. Then the orange object seemed to stay in the same spot. The white object that was also by the mountain then started flying away towards Cobb Mountain like the plane did. I saw a helicopter and a drone pass by, I didn't see what happened after because I had the urge to go home.
