Stationary Red Light That Eventually Moved
I saw one bright red light, that stayed in one place for about 15 minutes, then zoomed over to another spot and sat there for another 15 minutes. Then it lowered down out of sight.
It seemed to change color when it was stationary.
It seemed to be about the size a of a large star, when a helicopter flew beneath, it (helicopter) was quite small in comparison.
