Possibly related to phoenix lights.
My friend was driving tonight, he saw these lights ghat resembled the Phoenix lights, so he pulled out his phone and took this, both of us are currently working to become pilots so we found this pretty cool, i just figured id report it to see if anyone saw something similar.
