I first saw a tiny dot at very high altitude, way too high to be an airliner, so I checked the position of the ISS and determined it wasn't that.
I returned outside to see two lights at approximately the same altitude headed northward, but in different directions. These objects were high enough to be satellites, but were visible with my eyes only. I didn't think my phone camera would pick them up in video, so I didn't bother. I'll go back out and see if I can see anything else.

I have no idea why that date was selected. Sorry. This happened last night (4/30/18) at 9:10pm to around 9:13pm. The only thing I can guess is that I mistakenly and in a hurry to get back outside, looked at the time and reported that as the date.
I'm a very skeptical thinker and was hoping to see one change direction, but they both seemed to go in a straight line. They were both in the area of the big dipper before I could no longer see them past the tree line at around 9:14 Eastern time.
