My husband and I were on our way home from Church in the Floyd Dale area, between Dillon and Mullins, SC. We saw a row of about 5 orange lights in a straight line in the sky, with the lights at the end appearing to be a darker orange, almost red. It was too long to have been a plane, by far.
I asked my husband what it was, he said he had no idea! Almost immediately the lights disappeared and became one large flashing light that would seem to be a very large aircraft, which then completely disappeared.
There were several aircraft that we spotted around the same area at the same time. My husband nor myself have ever seen anything like that before.
