3 lights hovering over bloomington on 494 and highway 5 by the mall of America
On my way home on 494 and highway 5 there was 3 bright light in the sky kinda over the Mississippi River in a slanted downward angle sitting motionless the lights would fade out and back on like they where going around something but they did not move in any direction just hovering there for almost 10 mins then just vanished.
