The Sighting was spotted over the hills facing North. My friend took a photo of it.

On the east hills, I saw a man-like thing standing on the hill. Then it moved across the hill in a running motion but crossed it EXTREMELY fast! My friends are investigating that hill.
One of my buddies saw the same man fall off a cliff and land completely fine and walk away unharmed.
Black helicopters have been flying around. REALLY SKETCHY!
