At approx. 0406ET, on 01/07/2018, we witnessed two oval to disc shape craft hovering at approximately 800 to 1000 ft. This took place just above the Capon Springs hotel/resort. Both craft were completely illuminated in a bright yellowish white. Both craft appeared to be about 1000 to 1500 ft apart, but were hovering at the same altitude. There was no noise - completely silent. We were about 10,000 to 15,000 feet away from the objects location at the local fire department. These were not drones, aircraft (man made) unless there is a gravity defying technology that I'm unaware of. Truly amazing!! Never seen anything like it and I can't rationalize what these objects were. Tried to think of every possible scientific explanation and there are none.
The coordinate according to Google Earth are 39.1349532, -78.4735764. Looking North East above Bear Ridge. Any suggestions on what this was???
