Mysterious cloud over green bay wisconsin
At approximately 715 am. 12/27/2017 a small oval flat shaped cloud appeared in the eastern sky over green bay. Other than this cloud the sky was completely clear. From near the center of the lone cloud was what appeared to be a jet stream shooting straight up for quite a ways. Then the mysterious jet stream made a solid ninety degree turn to the north east making the shape of a seven and abruptly ended. Approximately 1 minute later a small light appeared to the south west of mysterious cloud and jet stream. Within seconds an aircraft appearing to be a jet came into view. The jet changed course and appeared to travel in the same direction the mysterious jet stream pointed.
