Perfect circle, no movement, outlined by 12 white lights, about 1 mile in diameter
Driving East on the 212 in MN we spotted a large object in the sky with 12 white lights evenly spaced around the parameter of the object. I estimate it had to be at least 1 mile in Diameter and 20 miles away. I estimate it was over Silver Lake but I could be wrong.
