My father-in-law informed my wife and me, on 12/2/17, that he had seen and photographed a UFO while driving East on I-16 on 10/13/17. He has photographs on his phone that range from poor to extraordinary quality.
I would very much like for someone to review them. He texted them to me and I have converted them to emails and sent them to myself.
