Saw neongreen colored cigar shaped object incredibly fast low flying above Ohio River which then disappeared within 8 seconds.
We were standing by the fire pit at the end of our yard which overlooks the Ohio river. The sky was moderately dark and with a few clouds. Just out of nowhere a cigar/rectangular-shaped object with a slight indent towards the center suddenly appeared.
At first, it was bright orange green and yellow, then within seconds became a florescent green glow as it shot straight across the sky far faster and lower than normal aircraft. The shakiest part for me is how it disappeared instantly as if into a black hole in the sky.
Far away up in the sky I noticed an aircraft flying as well. My husband mentioned that he had noticed helicopters around the area in the past few days prior to this.
