Unusually configured stationary flashing lights
I was driving home from work on World Drive south of Highway 192 and noticed a stationary red light, with two smaller white lights flashing horizontally on either side of the red light in the center. The White lights on either side of the larger Red light were flashing at approximately half second intervals between flashes.
When I first observed the lights, I assumed that it was an airliner approaching the nearby Orlando airport from head on. As I observed the lights I realized that this was an abnormal configuration for an airliner and continued to watch the lights for another 10 seconds approx. in this time the lights did not appear to move. The lights went out after approx. 20 seconds, as if they had been turned off.
