On the evening of Aug. 10, 2017, at approximately 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time, I observed an unusually bright light flashing at irregular intervals. This light was much larger than surrounding stars, brighter than two observable aircraft that we operating with navigation lights.
The UFO was first observed just above the North star. It the moved slowly to the south east.
