Mostly oval, changing slightly, with small lights on circumference with a small light beneath the oval. Stationary. 1 hour before dusk. Seem to be transparent.
Also had vertical bar-like, cage-like, look.
Has the sun set the object seem to fade into the distance, get smaller finally disappearing without movement left or right.
Used to spotting scope on tripod to focus for this description.
