Was walking my dog around 32nd Street and Newport News seen a big circle appear in the sky four other little circles came out of the big circle they lit up like as if a rainbow which color really bright and then it disappeared in the cloud fragments stay glowed in the sky for another 10 minutes and disappeared also.
