During a severe storm that night, I had been watching the clouds and saw a black square/rectangle flying over an apartment complex nearby.
The object had four light for each corner. Three red and one yellow/orange. It looked like there was a faint grey outline of the whole thing.
It was going over slowly, then sped up quickly and finally just faded altogether. It wasn't dark out yet, the sun was just starting to go down.
