Multiple very bright orange lights. Recurring.
Multiple very bright orange lights appeared in the South-eastern night sky. They would appear in a linear manner, almost like a formation, one brighter than the next, dimming in sequence. In a second sighting, occurring approximately 20 minutes later, we witnessed the same formation and orange lights, followed by one singular bright orange light appearing directly above the horizontal line of dimming lights. This one disappeared quickly. Each sighting lasted a relatively short period of time.
Background of the observers: Six college students. One did not believe us until, we saw a second occurrence (see notes).
