Blinking green and red object, with legs the same color
Red and blinking object remains steady in the sky; unlike stars that appear stationary. I thought it might be a plane or helicopter, but it is not moving, just appears to have legs that are the same color as the object that is blinking—it appears to be transmitting.
((NUFORC Note: We spoke via telephone with the witness, and found her to be quite serious minded and sincere. However, we suspect that she may have been observinc a twinkling star. We encouraged her to look in the same area of the sky, at the same time of night. PD))
