Saw a 3 green flashing object in a star filled Western sky of downtown Dover, NH,random motion up,down,sideway then disappeared 3 times
While looking out a second story window at the stars in the Western sky saw a flashing green three light object bouncing up and down and sideways and it disappeared and reappeared three times.
