Huge white lighted object seen from Buford, Wyoming moving at high speed and disappearing.
Four passengers traveling west-bound on Interstate 25 witnessed a large, fast moving, very bright white object in the night sky. The object was first sighted on the left side of the interstate while on a straight stretch. It then maneuvered without acceleration at extremely high speed to the right-hand side of the interstate.
After approximately 10 minutes it was equivalent to the size of one's pinkie nail extended at arm's length, approximately 30 degrees above the horizon; it then lowered to about 20 degrees. Five minutes elapse, the object appears to speed away into the distance and become a faint yellowish color, zoom back at astonishing speed and disappear completely. It was only after its disappearance that all four passengers in the vehicle noticed the object was so bright that it made the stars in the night sky invisible. It was clearly distinguished from Venus which was very visible and bright at this time.
