On Friday, February 3, 2017, between 7:30 and 9:00 p.m., near Webster, WI, we observed a shining light in the southwest sky. It appeared to hover and move it different random directions at times. At other times, it appeared stationary. We watched it for quite a while. It disappeared sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. We did not observe its disappearance.
