V shaped lights heading SW at high rate of speed. No sound.
I stepped outside and something caught my eye. I looked upward and saw what looked like 5 faint lights in a V pattern moving at a very high rate of speed, direction SW. This lasted about 2 or 3 seconds until I lost site of it over my house and trees.
Absolutely no sound. My first thought was a glider.
It seemed to be low, maybe a few thousand feet, however, that would put rate of speed in excess of 1000mph, which I think would cause a boom.
