saw UFO, over DE river.....4 flasing lights
J.R. 619-((telephone number deleted))...saw 4 lights straight across horizontal, constantly flashing, craft descended, hovered for a few SEC's, then completely disappeared.
The object dwarfed a nearby plane. The object was emmense, extremely large. It dwarfed a jumbo jet...just trying to stress the size of the object! I am sober, coherent and sane.
