Dark yellow pulsating lights in the western sky and bright yellow light show to the north.
I was following my husband (during our move to Oregon) and looking at the stars out of my driver's side window. In the western sky, I saw a dark yellow light that didn't appear to be like any of the other stars - it was pulsating and glimmering.
At that moment, my husband called me on the radio and started to say "Look at the shooting [star]… "I looked straight ahead out of my windshield and saw a very bright yellowish light fall straight down in the north sky and disappear. Almost simultaneously, another bright light that resembled the shape of a "refresh" symbol appeared to the right of it, rotated clockwise, and disappeared. Then a third light of the same shape appeared to the right of that and rotated clockwise, then shot around forming a sideways "U" towards where the first light had been, and disappeared. I told my husband, "I don't think that was a shooting star."
About ten minutes later, again in the western sky, I saw another darker yellowish light (that was similar to the first one I saw) and it pulsated and disappeared as well. I've seen shooting stars before, and these lights looked nothing like that.
Thank you for hearing my story.
