White light moving slowly in the morning sky
White moving light in the sky. Was moving very slowly and was out flown by other aircraft. We saw it move through cloud cover and appear on the other side. It looked like it had a small tail - no trail though. All other aircraft in the sky were producing contrails.
After exiting cloud cover we watched the object stop moving. It hung there for a moment before blinking / vanishing instantly.
