I was standing on my front porch out in the county. I saw a long oblong shaped craft, tilted on its side hovering with no noise moving laterally with a lot of silver flashing lights on the outside no other colors noticed.
Hovered for about 10 minutes at about a 1/4 mile up and disappeared.
