Circle aircraft, with three non-blinking lights, passed over very slowly.
Was drivin in my car, when I saw what looked like headlights coming at me in the sky.
I pulled over to get out and look, and huge circle aircraft passed over me super slowly, with three bright lights on it, and no lights blinking, and no noise.
When it passed over, I watched it till I couldn't see it any more.
