Unknown circular object caught on photo. Unknown what it is.
My husband and I were visiting the Yaquina Lighthouse in Lincoln City, Oregon. When I was reviewing the pictures later I observed a circular object in the clouds. Unknown what it could be. No planes or air crafts in the area at the time.
