Green flashing light hovering then suddenly bolting off at a high rate of speed.
Was laying by the river in the tree line and noticed a green light that was flashing a brighter green rhythmically. It hovered completely stationary in the sky for approx. 2 minutes then suddenly bolted to the right at an extremely high rate of speed. There was no sound.
