Assumed a bright light was a star until it wobbled, moved back and forth and straight up
I was sitting outside of my house in midtown Tulsa. In the eastern sky, I observed what I thought was a bright star until I noticed that it was kind of wobbling back and forth. As I watched it shot up very quickly and then returned to its station. It kept doing this and then what really took my breath away was when it shot straight up moving kind of jerky.
I watched it and went and got my husband out of bed. He has to get up at 6 for work, so I wouldn't do that on a whim. He observed the light moving back and forth as well and then went back to bed. I watched and I tried to video it but was unable to. I wanted to call someone, but I didn't know who to call. The mosquitoes are bad this time of year, so I would go in the house and come out again and look. This continued until I went to bed about an hour and a half later. I wish I had stayed up now!
