My husband and I were on Cherry Grove pier, fishing, and all of a sudden there was a glowing red light, and then another showed up as one disappeared like it was playing leap frog or something.
It only lasted a few seconds but it was definitely nothing we have ever saw before.
Can't really explain it. there was no sound.
