Bright orange ball moving slowly across the night sky.
I was walking my dog out behind my apartment complex which is right on Tampa Bay. I saw a bright orange ball start moving from north to south across the water. I knew it wasn't a plane or helicopter.
It moved slowly across the water and then started rising up higher and higher until it disappeared into space.
