I'm a security officer from Tulsa. On the above date and time, I was outside the guard house, having a cigar. The weather was clear and calm (a front came in around 0630).
I saw an orange light heading due west. The light slowly pulsate at about 2 second intervals, it was also very large about 3 or 4 times bigger than the largest star.
I couldn't tell how high it was or what the light was attached to.
It didn't make any noise.
