Saucer move close slowly. Came to rest above neighbor's house. Size of city bus. Windows and flashing lights. Right side of craft turned into cloud in a swipe motion. Then second half (left side) changed into a cloud. Like camouflage in cloud pattern. Then it just hovered there with cloud camouflage.
