As a pilot I recognized these as aircraft landing lights, but they never moved.
Three bright lights north of Lakewood Dr., approx. 2.5 mi. NW Arlington, WA. Appearedt to be landing lights of aircraft approx 1,800'. AGL 3 white one rotating red., but stayed in same position for 3-5 minutes.
Extremely bright as an aircraft landing, but never moved. Faded after a few minutes
