Late afternoon, have two pics.
Got home late afternoon, spotted nine large bright lights in a row fixed, motionless. The bright white lights seemed to be encapsulated keeping them together.
I took a pic with my new phone and decided to record but did not know how. I went inside my home to try to figure out how, couldn't and stepped back outside. Took another and looked down to my phone, looked up and it was gone.
