Had to be a UFO sighting over Oceanside, CA, near College Blvd, not military playing Santa.
Some mysterious object was over the hills maneuvering up and down, hovering, and darting off very quickly at angles. Disappearing and reappearing again.
All the dogs in area were barking..
Was a red light, and moved like no military aircraft.
