In the vicinity of Kohl's Department Store 1010 East Green Meadows. Witness was driving and first saw five small red lights "sort of hanging in the sky" in the Southwest. (Between 45 to 70 degrees above horizon.)
Decided to pull over and try to take a picture. (Two pictures did come out.) Watched as the five lights began to fade but not before the light formation appeared in a triangle shape. (One picture.) Pictures will be uploaded.
A private plane entered the airspace after the lights had faded away. The engine could be easily heard.
