About 7 bright orange or amber colored lights appearing and disappearing, forming a triangular shape at one point, in night sky.
Two orange or amber lights appeared and disappeared around 20:45, moving in a slow snake-like motion. Then 5 or more lights appeared one after another, lighting up in an upward direction, and formed a triangular shape. Then all of the lights disappeared quickly in unison and one more light appeared again, which I was able to catch on video. In total, up to 7 lights appeared but I was only able to capture one on a 1 minute and 15 second long video.
In the video, you can see the dark, clear Tucson sky and crescent-shaped moon above the light. Stars were visible to our human eye around the moon, but were not bright enough to be caught in the video, and the stars were distinctly smaller and whiter in color than the orange lights we saw. The lights disappeared at 20:52 and further recordings showed no more lights in the same area as our first recording with the two lights.
This sighting took place near a small airport, however we don't normally see planes or helicopters fly over the area that we saw these lights.
