Bright single white light seen for 2 minutes in West Phoenix Sat 11-7-15.

Bright white light over West Valley at approximately 7:12pm on Sat 11-7-15. The single light was surrounded by a very thick fog/smoke of sort almost bluish or light turquoise in color. Object remained for approximately 2 minutes before traveling West at high rate of speed and appeared to zigzag up and down while traveling before loosing sight. I did manage to collect a photo of what was seen...
